ToP Faciliation Methods (TFM)

In this interactive course, you’ll master three foundational facilitation methods:

  • Focused Conversation Method: Learn to guide purposeful discussions that stimulate candid feedback and surface new ideas.

  • Consensus Workshop Method: Discover techniques to integrate diverse perspectives into cohesive agreements that everyone supports.

  • Action Planning Method: Develop skills to help groups plan projects effectively, ensuring clear ownership, timelines, and success measures.

Earn Continuing Education Credits

Participants can earn:

  • 13.5 NCHEC (CHES & MCHES) credits
  • 14.5 AICP (APA) credits
  • 14 PDU (CAPM) credits

  • $950:  Individual Professional – Mid-Sized Nonprofit (budget $1-5 million)
